I always seem to have a color I veer towards every season (remember my modern red days, or viridian green or mint?), and this fall, it seems like I am all about magenta (worn pretty continuously lately - here, here, here ... nearly head-to-toe here).
So of course these flats and this bag were no-brainer purchases for me. And it helps that the shoes are super-soft suede comfortable and Le Pliege style may be my favorite travel bag - it folds into nothing for my luggage and holds everything I need when I'm trip-bound.
Shirt: Cloth & Stone via Anthropologie ombre chambray (worn here - sim steal, pricey, embellished)
Jeans: Lands' End low rise slim fit (worn here - same in pattern, sim, sim, pricey)
Belt: J.Crew factory (worn here - sim, sim)
Necklace: Lands' End gold initial (on super-sale, sim, steal, swirled)
Bracelet: J.Crew wildflower (worn here - sim simpler, lighter hue)
Ring: F21 (sim stacked, pearl, plain)
Shoes: Nine West schmakaroo (sim plain, studded)
Bag: Longchamp le pliage large (same in medium, sim, deal, plaid & bowed - fun)
I absolutely ADORE my le pliage bag! And now you tell me it comes in this vivid pink?! Hold me back, party people! LOL! And once again, you have perfected the art of the accessory. I bow down to the master...
ReplyDeleteI had a practical navy one forever, figured it was time to get "funky" with my le pliage options. ;o)
DeleteI LOVE this outfit - the contrast of masculine and feminine is perfect.
ReplyDeletePink and camo, can't beat it!
DeletePerfect outfit. You've really made those camo pants work in so many different ways - amazing! I love that these shoes are called schmakaroos!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I know, I think the name was part of the reason why I bought these shoes. It helps that they are super-comfy!
DeleteReally love the camo pants, especially paired unexpectedly with pink :)
ReplyDeleteAw thanks!
DeleteI'm always about mint for some reason, but I love the magenta against these earthy tones!
ReplyDeleteMint looks fab with your hair and skin-tone, no wonder you love it!
DeleteLove how you paired the camo pants with the pink bag!

Me without a statement necklace on, who would have thunk it? ;o)
DeleteLove the magenta pink accessories with the camo print! Such a wonderful bright colour :)
ReplyDeleteAway From The Blue
Thanks, I agree!
DeleteWhat a great outfit, love the flats! And I never would have given a second look at the pink pliage, I've got two boring ol' black and a blue ones :-) but now you've got me thinking, for future reference at least.
ReplyDeleteI've had a navy one forever and a brown one before that - figured it was time to branch out!
DeleteThe colours here are unexpected as is the print and bright. Nicely done !
ReplyDeleteOf course the "L" initial could not be cooler.
Thanks much!
DeleteAhhh! This outfit is so casual-chic cool! And I just about have all the items I need to copy it, with the addition of a black blazer since, you know, autumn. I have the loveliest chambray shirt from Madewell, but guess what? Second time I wore it, I was just pulling the sleeves up gently when one sleeve ripped! Massive gash. Not what you'd expect from a store with that name...
ReplyDeletegreat casual outfit and I love the pop of color
