If you listen to the fashion magazines or retailers at all, fall is right around the corner, so we better break out the knit woolens and tweeds we proceed to freeze our buns off. Living in the Southeast US, however, it really means that temps will remain pretty humidly hot until at least the end of September.
So while the thought of being able to wear both long pants and sleeves at the same time sounds pretty nice to this anti-sweat friendly gal, I need clothes that can take me from hot to not-so with minimal fuss. So I thought it'd be fun to pick a piece from my wardrobe and see how I can style it for now, later and after that.
This time I selected my trusty red striped dress - because it's really just a big t-shirt so yeah, comfy and it's Striped.

DeleteFAB!
ReplyDeleteThe idea of tying a chambray skirt to the waist is genius.
I know it's borderline '90s style, but I thought the chambray was a nice color contrast with all the red.
DeleteMeant to say shirt.
