Old Favorites

wheel1

This outfit is made up entirely of oldies but real goodies from my closet. The navy gingham shirt that seems to go with everything; the sweater that fits in all the right places - plus it's got ship wheels on it, people; stretchy skinny jeans with a wee bit of distressing so I don't look too prepped out and buttoned-up; the pink blazer from my fave brand's heyday; and leopard print loafers that I can walk in for daaaaaayyyys. Plus a pretty necklace that was a gift from one of my fave people in the world.

These pieces make getting dressed way too easy and work together like a dream - the hardest thing for me is not to reach for them all the time (though I feel like I wear these awesome jeans at least twice a week - which probably makes them still awesome though slightly scuzzy, jeans).

  5. Such a pretty necklace - it echoes the ship wheels on your sweater. I like navy with ... well, just about everything, really! The bright lip is the perfect finishing touch.

The Robert Noble wool is amazing. Wish J. Crew still used their wool...
