Big Sisters

Reason #4,531 why it's great to have a big sister: Hand-me-downs.

Reason #276 why it's great to have my big sister: Hand-me-downs with the tags still on them.

Love you, C. For a million more reasons than this, but this helps sometimes, I'm not going to lie.

  7. HAHAHAHA, I love your last little comment! You're hilarious! And man, I'm the oldest in my troupe of siblings. My sister gets a lot of my hand-me-downs, which she sometimes likes and sometimes doesn't. I wish I had an older sister who could give me BRAND SPANKING NEW clothes!

  8. Wow, how awesome! I sometimes get brand-new hand-me-downs from my mom because she hates 50% of everything she buys and refuses to return anything. Sometimes that works out really well for me!

  15. Thanks for your comments, ladies.

I am well aware that I have a mild shopping problem (cough, cough), but my big sis is a full-on shopaholic. She works right near Rockefeller Center too - so she pretty much has her choice of shops all around her. She's great at finding deals, but she also pretty limited in her closet space, so her stuff gets heavily rotated.

And shoot, I only get to see her once every couple of months, so I am so glad she thinks of me and holds on to stuff for me!

Tara - yes, that collared-looking top is from Ann Taylor.
